Welcome to the California Mountain Resort Company, including The Cali Pass, Bear Valley, Dodge Ridge, China Peak, and Mountain High (“CMRC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our websites and mobile applications (“Platforms”).

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our Platforms, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

3. User Information and Data Use

3.1 Location Data and 3D Ski Tracking

Our App uses Mappy to provide 3D ski tracking, gamification, and location-based features. By enabling location services or using these features, you consent to the collection and use of location data for these purposes. Availability and accuracy are not guaranteed.

3.2 Analytics, Advertising, and Measurement

We collect and process information to operate, secure, improve, and measure our Platforms. We do not sell personal information. 

 

​We use first- and third-party analytics, attribution, and advertising technologies, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), AdRoll, Tapad, Firebase, and similar service providers, to:

• Measure website and App performance

• Understand user engagement and usage patterns

• Attribute conversions and marketing effectiveness

• Enable interest-based and cross-device advertising

9. Limitation of Liability

CMRC and its partners are not liable for damages arising from use of the Platforms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of California.
